Course Description
This course is a study of the various classifications and functions of tort law, including intentional and negligent torts, causation, proximate cause, and defenses. The study of strict liability, product liability and current tort developments are exposed. Prerequisite with a grade of “C” or higher: RWR 100 or placement into ENG 101. This course is typically taught only in the fall semester.
