Course Description

This course is a study of supervisory principles and techniques required to effectively manage human resources in an organization. First-line management is emphasized. Prerequisite with a grade of “XC” or higher: RWR 032 or satisfactory placement score. This course is typically taught only in the fall and spring semesters.
