CCTC Foundation receives scholarship funds from Bank of America

(04/23/2015) Central Carolina Technical College Foundation recently received a donation from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation that will go directly to scholarship funds for more than 20 CCTC students.

James Martin, Bank of America financial center manager, presented the check to Director Meree McAlister and CCTC President Dr. Tim Hardee on April 15. The scholarships are scheduled to be awarded at the end of April.

“There is an immediate need to train individuals who are unemployed or underemployed,” Martin said. “We’re pleased to support Central Carolina Technical College as they provide the training and education they need to secure and retain jobs with livable wages.”
