CCTC students receive Pearl Fryar scholarships

Friends of Pearl Fryar’s Topiary Garden recently made scholarship presentations to two Central Carolina Technical College students through the CCTC Foundation Scholars Program.

This year’s recipients are Ashley T. Parrott, a recent graduate of Lee Central High School, who plans to enter the Associate Degree Nursing Program at CCTC, and Russell Alex Glasscock, a Robert E. Lee Academy graduate, who plans to enter the Associate in Science Program with a career goal of obtaining a degree in mechanical engineering.
